You don't have to look for details: the Kaweco King is an appearance in itself! Like a real king, his head is adorned with a crown with which royal top products from the house of Kaweco were already provided. It impresses with its solid and solid size.
Equipped with an 18 ct. Bi-color gold nib that brings every line majestically to paper and is supplied with ink by the lever mechanism. Classic brown marbled celluloid with gold-blue elements forms the basic substance of our royal lever fountain pen, which was limited to an edition of 300 pieces.
The King is available with a 1.2 mm ball spring or a 1.3 mm stub spring. The ball spring screams itself extremely fluently, regardless of the angle at which the spring is placed on the paper. The nib of the stub spring is ground wide and flat. Depending on the writing angle, very widely varying line widths can be created. The calligraphic nib is perfect for fans of pointed handwriting and for striking signatures.
Between 1920 and 1930, Kaweco provided its high-quality writing implements with a "crown" and thus marked it as a royal top product that customers could see. Kaweco is one of the oldest and best-known German fountain pen brands and has been influencing the writing instrument world time and again since 1883 through innovations and unusual designs.
